How long are the tours?

The tours last about three hours, but they are customizable. We can stop for a coffee or just to relax, for shopping or taking pictures.

Are tours accessible?

There are some steps during the walks, but if you have accessibility needs please get in touch and I can tailor the tour for you.

What if it rains?

As the tours are private it is up to you if you want to go ahead or postpone it. Usually people prefer to keep the booking as the weather in London is quite mild.

How many people will be on the tour?

Your tour will be completely private, just you and your group. To keep the tour personal and enjoyable, I can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests per tour.

Can I customize a tour?

Yes, all the tours are private and can be tailored to your interests. Just get in touch to plan your perfect walk.

Can I cancel a tour?

Tours may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a refund, less a 5% processing fee (to cover payment costs).

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.

If your plans shift, you’re welcome to reschedule your tour at no additional cost with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
